Cataract Surgery

A 15-minute laser-assisted procedure that replaces your cloudy lens — most patients see clearly within 24 hours.

What It Entails

Cloudy Lens Out, Crystal Vision In

A cataract clouds your eye’s natural lens, dimming colors and blurring vision. Through a micro-incision — often with femtosecond laser precision — the surgeon removes the cloudy lens and places a premium intraocular lens (IOL) matched to your eyes. The incision seals itself; no stitches, no overnight stay.

We handle your measurements, surgical referral, lens selection, and every post-operative visit. Choose from standard monofocal, toric (astigmatism-correcting), or multifocal IOLs that reduce dependence on glasses.

Good To Know

Surgery Questions, Answered

When cataracts interfere with driving, reading, or daily life — not at a fixed “ripeness.” Modern surgery is safest when vision first starts limiting you.

Most patients notice clearer vision within a day, use drops for about four weeks, and return to normal activities in 48 hours. Heavy lifting is avoided for two weeks.

Standard lenses correct distance vision; readers are usually still needed. Toric and multifocal IOLs can free most patients from glasses for the majority of tasks.
