Appointments
Online requests are confirmed by our team within one business day. Please arrive 10 minutes early, and give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule so another patient can use your slot.
Eyewear orders
Frames ordered online are prepared for in-store pickup with free fitting and adjustments. Prescription lenses are made to your current prescription on file; if your prescription has changed, we will contact you before fulfillment.
